September 3rd we thought we were going home but they decided to wait a few more days. But my Mommy and Nana got to spend the night with me.

Moving Day!!

September 8th I went home. My Mommy and Daddy had spent the night and took an infant CPR class. We stayed in a place called Great Beginnings . Right down the hall from the NICU... lol. Here we all are putting clothes on and learning how to put on my apnea belt (see the wires poking out of my outfit), and I even got to practice sitting in my car seat before leaving to see if we had to adjust the oxygen settings!

And this is the short version of Nathan's 77 days in the NICU at Oklahoma University's Children's Hospital. As you can tell from the rest of his website, he has done extremely well. He came home September 8th 2004, and came off of his oxygen completely on February 8th,2005. He mostly goes for check-ups now and has no long term health issues that we know of.
